SYNERGIX IRELAND LAUNCHES WITH INTERMEC

Intermec products available through Square One’s barcode and auto-ID division

Intermec Technologies, the world’s leading provider of rugged mobile business solutions has entered into a distribution agreement that will see Synergix Ireland, the barcode and auto-ID division of Square One Distribution, supplying a whole new range of printers, scanners, and mobile computing solutions to the Irish market. The agreement covers the distribution of Intermec’s supply chain solutions in Ireland and signifies Intermec’s desire to extend its reseller coverage to wider partner base. The move will see Intermec continue to expand its business in a number of strategic markets, such as distribution centres, field service, postal CEP and retail sectors.

Mel Taylor, Intermec’s Channel Director, EMEA added: ‘Synergix is a specialist value added distributor that has a demonstrated critical mass of resellers that will enable the recruitment and development of new partners. They have clear differentiation in the security and hospitality sectors and will cross pollinate resellers to AIDC.’
